What you`ll do :
We are looking for a senior product specialist (f/m/d) (Job Title: Product Specialist) for our Product Management Team of SAP S/4HANA Asset & Service Management.

You will work with a diverse team of product experts, architects, and engineering teams to foster and support the agile software development in your product area. You contribute to develop our product roadmap with respect to our product strategy as well as the individual product characteristics for your area of responsibility. You will help to drive managing the product backlog for multiple teams, the clarification of product and project dependencies in close collaboration with product experts inside and outside your team. We expect you to establish a close relationship with internal and external stakeholders to define and rank the overall product priorities based on their requirements, customer feedback, overall product strategy, and cloud technology developments. As member of the product team, you will plan and facilitate alignment sessions with several stakeholder groups across unites and including customers with the objective to transform business needs as well as non-functional requirements into a product roadmap with a prioritized and ranked backlog allowing continuous feature delivery.

As The Senior Product Specialist (f/m/d) You Will

• Closely collaborate with chief product owner and product managers to plan and deliver along the product roadmap.
• Drive and coordinate the gathering and integration of feedback from different stakeholders, especially from customers and Product Marketing.
• Have a passion to deliver great products that users love
• Drive topics to resolution on a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Think independently and apply your problem-solving skills.

What You Bring

• Profound knowledge of customer needs and market trends for Asset Maintenance and relevant Industry experience with Asset Intensive Industries, Industrial Machinery, Component Manufacturing or Service & Maintenance
• Proven track record as product manager, product owner, product/project lead, or consultant in the areas of product engineering or customer success (consulting)
• Experience on product strategy, requirement management and scoping
• Ability to drive communication and establish trustful working relations with senior stakeholders and across inter-departmental boundaries
• Having a 360-degree holistic product management mindset with a hands-on and can-do attitude, highly collaborative
• Results oriented, and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude; adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
• Team player, fostering a collaborative work environment with peers, with a clear view on delivering results.
• University degree in Natural or Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communications skills. Fluency both in written and spoken English.
