Project Manager Position

We seek a skilled Project Finishing and Interior Construction Manager to lead our projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality finishes for world-class hospital facilities by applying creative vision.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and project teams to ensure exceptional results.
  • Manage interior construction projects, scheduling, and monitoring to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with project leaders and teams to align with objectives.
  • Oversee project billing, quality control, and assurance while valuating materials.
  • Source local and imported high-end materials and oversee installation processes.
  • Work with MEP and other project participants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • BIM experience is an advantage, as well as knowledge of lighting and landscape-related works.
  • Monitor projects using MS Project, Primavera, or other tools, identifying key milestones and productivity improvement opportunities.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure snag-free handovers with excellent tracking systems.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience, with 2 years in a team management role, is expected.
  • Preferred experience in hospital and hotel projects enhances the candidate's chances.
