Job Title: Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Specialist to support the evaluation and improvement of large language models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will possess strong English language proficiency, deep familiarity with cultural norms in their region, and excellent attention to detail.

  • Develop high-quality content or rubric definitions and prompt evaluations
  • Update rubrics with region/language-specific examples to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance
  • Identify needs for additional rubrics tailored to specific languages or regional contexts
  • Review translated prompts and revise where translations appear unnatural or inaccurate
  • Write thoughtful prompts to test LLMs' cultural awareness
  • Rate prompt-response pairs using a standardized template and provide detailed justifications
  • Document problematic outputs with clear explanations of rubric violations or cultural insensitivities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Native proficiency in the target language and deep familiarity with cultural norms in the corresponding region
  • Experience in LLM evaluation, content moderation, or linguistic QA preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues in language use, tone, and cultural references
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and evaluation templates
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in relevant field required
