Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Cloud Solutions Expert to join our technology organization. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with key solution design and deployment responsibilities, requiring an individual who can drive engineering excellence while fostering team growth and innovation.

  • This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud/on-premises technical solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will be viewed as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring that technical solutions accomplish the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud/on-premises technical solutions.
  • Viewed as a trusted technical advisor and ensure technical solutions will accomplish the business objectives.
  • Proven solid hands-on coding & development best practices.
  • The person should work with Senior/Lead architects, Enterprise architects, and leadership to produce an optimal, high-level, conceptual design for the project.
  • Assesses existing systems and develops migration strategies to transition on-premises applications and infrastructure to the cloud.
  • Designs integration solutions to enable seamless data flow between systems/integrations.
  • Defines and enforces security best practices like Threat Model and compliance standards for cloud-based systems.
  • Develops and maintains cloud governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Provides guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to architecture standards and best practices.
  • Develops or produces the technical design document to match the solution design specifications.
  • Manages proof of concept (POC) initiatives, which will require the involvement of the appropriate resources, and setup and delivery of the POC.
  • On all assigned engagements, owns the proposed solution and transitions the build/implementation to the delivery team.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and project managers, to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Mandatory Skills:

Python, Node, React, AWS, Terraform, NoSQL, MongoDB.

Additional Skills:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud platform certifications.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other emerging technology domains.
  • US healthcare experience adds advantage.
