We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project leader to oversee cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

  • Define project goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule using verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
