Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Achieve Product Quality excellence through strategic Industrial Quality Management.

  • Ensure compliance with Customer and Internal specifications for manufacturing processes.
  • Implement and maintain Industrial Quality Standards across all production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Industrial Quality activities in relevant workshops, focusing on People, Process, and Performance.
  • Analyze DpU and External Demerit to drive efficient Line Quality Animation with cross-functional teams.
  • Make informed decisions on Hand Overs (GO/NOGO) and maintain NO GO Veto Right.
  • Stop production when necessary due to safety or rework requirements.
  • Contribute to Criticality Matrix analysis and Process FMEA.
  • Lead FAR and participate in FMR/SJR.
  • Develop and regularly update Quality Control Plans during Pre-Serial manufacturing activities.

Quality Engineering/Technician Role:

  • Support the Quality Assurance Manager in their scope.
  • Manage Internal NCRs, collaborating with the NCR team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodologies.
  • Participate in Customer Inspections.
  • Qualify manufacturing teams regarding Self-Inspection.
  • Manage Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection and Workstation Inspection).
  • Perform Workstation Audits and Follow-ups.

Performance Metrics:

  • Reduce External Demerit, Defects per Unit, and First Pass Yield to achieve defined objectives.
  • Decrease CONQ per unit to meet target objectives.
  • Improve APSYS scores for Industrial Quality requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Quality Management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
