Enterprise Growth Manager

About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Growth Manager to join our team at Meritto. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering business and revenue targets. You will build strong relationships with our clients, identify business opportunities, and close deals while maintaining in-depth knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities
- Responsible for new business development via prospecting target accounts, qualifying customer needs, and closing the business
- Identifying Key Decision Makers in the organization by performing research and using prospecting tools
- Cultivating relationships with executive-level decision-makers and striving to become a trusted advisor and partner
- Leading customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Meritto's Customer success team
- Preparation and delivery of Proposal, Product brief, and MoU
- Planning and execution for the acquisition of clients, based on targets set to meet organizational requirements
- Building and managing a strong sales funnel to meet the set goals
- Prospecting, educating, qualifying, and generating interest for sales opportunities, following up with prospective clients, and should be an expert in closing deals
