International Voice Process Trainer

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Process Training Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our voice process department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our global team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering effective training sessions. You will work closely with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing training programs that align with business objectives
  • Conducting needs analysis to identify training requirements
  • Designing and delivering engaging training sessions
  • Evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborating with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training meets business needs
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Training Manager in a BPO or tenured Deputy Manager Training in an International BPO (Customer Service)
  • Prior experience in international voice processes is mandatory
  • Candidates willing to relocate can also apply
  • Shifts may involve 24/7 work
