Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead KPI definition and reporting for Global Acceptance, including locations and Digital Acceptance Points, expanding and streamlining metrics to align with business needs and objectives.
  2. Identify trends and emerging patterns across data sets to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making.
  3. Respond promptly to evolving business needs, providing timely and relevant insights that support strategic objectives and projects.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to structure and organize data, ensuring it drives valuable insights and supports key business initiatives.
  5. Provide strategic insights that inform the development of business strategies, ensuring data drives future decisions.
  6. Continuously assess and improve analytics practices and reporting processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
