Job Title: Business Intelligence Lead

The Data Insights Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering actionable intelligence for business decision-making, driving efficiency, standardization, process improvement, and transformation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they develop and implement data analysis strategies to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of global credit and collections processes
  • 7+ years experience of data insights and analytics
  • Proven expertise in extracting insights from large and complex data sets using advanced analytical methods and tools.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
Core Competencies:
  • Proficiency in extracting insights from large and complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other data mining tools to leverage these technologies for data analysis.
  • Excellent working knowledge of reporting methodologies and techniques- knowledge on SAC will be an advantage.
  • Ability to structure and deliver in complex and volatile environments.
  • Ability to create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate data-driven insights.
  • Knowledge of finance operations and end-to-end operating processes
