Job Overview:

The Assembly Supervisor oversees the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves, ensuring a seamless production process.

  • Manage assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves.
  • Coordinate with design and quality control for final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation.
  • Ensure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.
  • Track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance.
  • Lead a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers with a focus on time and quality.

 

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Graduate in Mechanical / Production Engineering
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar or assistant manager role, preferably in fabrication, machine tool building, or equipment manufacturing.
