Key Responsibilities
  • To guarantee effective support for necessary FCC controls, we need to ensure that our team is well-equipped.
  • We are looking for someone who can produce high-quality QCO review output and undertake a wide range of QCO reviews of FCSO Risk Irrelevant closures with accurately calibrated error classification.
  • Publishing quality control results and leading discussions with investigative teams to highlight identified exceptions and thematic trends is crucial.
  • We need someone who can provide leadership, management, and coaching to direct reports to ensure they are highly engaged and performing to their potential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all reviews are completed to a high standard, meeting internal timelines and aligning with AAA and FCC Policy and Procedures. They will also provide updates on QCO results as required to the relevant forum.
