Job Title: Transaction Monitoring Expertise
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned expert in transaction monitoring to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective transaction monitoring processes that ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement transaction monitoring policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability in our transaction monitoring processes.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify suspicious activity and develop strategies to mitigate associated risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize transaction monitoring processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of transaction monitoring and provide recommendations for implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. finance, accounting, business) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transaction monitoring, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in transaction monitoring.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
