Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs and compliance reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.">
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance AI application security and reliability.">
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics to inform strategic decisions.">
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency.">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.">
  • Maintain a detailed internal admin guide and develop knowledge bases for developers and end users.">
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and engineering teams to expand safe AI tool use across the organization.">
  • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents and provide expert-level support.">

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).">
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.">
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.">
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.">
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.">
