Data Centre Project Manager

This is a senior-level role that involves overseeing the planning, design and execution of high-availability, scalable and secure data centre projects.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project deliverables, milestones and service level agreements (SLAs) across the lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with IT, facility, security and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in data centre design, planning or project delivery. They should have hands-on experience in creating detailed project reports, technical architecture, vendor management and request for proposal/bid process management.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of industry standards such as TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier Certification, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000. Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
