Senior Account Manager

The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional after-sales service, and driving account growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating solid relationships with clients, creating a positive onboarding experience, and regularly interacting with clients through various communication channels.
You will also analyze performance data to offer clients valuable business insights and use those insights to improve our service offerings.
Additionally, you will ensure timely receivables and cash flow from clients and ensure smooth functioning of the account internally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate solid relationships with clients through exceptional after-sales service
- Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients
- Regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings
- Analyze performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights
- Ensure timely receivables and cash flow from clients
- Ensure smooth functioning of the account internally
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing agency experience with extensive experience in performance marketing
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- A willingness to be flexible and work beyond what is described in the job description
- Ability to deliver results under pressure
- Experience in project management and multitasking
