**Job Title:** Enterprise Software Specialist

As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, building and configuring software solutions to meet business requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with colleagues to understand project needs, developing software features and ensuring that the software functions smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing software to enhance performance and user experience while adhering to best practices in software development.

  • You are expected to perform independently and become an expert in your field.
  • You are required to actively participate in team discussions and contribute towards finding solutions to work-related problems.
  • You are expected to assist in documenting application processes and workflows.
  • You are encouraged to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA.
  • A strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with software development frameworks and tools.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting of software.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in software development.

**Additional Information:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications DBA and a 15-year full-time education is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
