Software Solutions Expert

We are seeking a talented Software Solutions Expert to lead the design and implementation of enterprise software solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional with 5+ years of experience to work on a diverse range of projects.

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design of enterprise software implementations, focusing on delivering business value. You will create and implement software systems using Esko products and best practices to ensure they are scalable and maintainable.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex technical subjects for a variety of audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end design of enterprise software implementations, emphasizing delivery of business value.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead customer workshops, analyze their business use cases and processes, and deliver technical demonstrations.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and training to junior solution architects and development teams.
  • Quality Assurance & Improvement: Ensure the quality and consistency of solutions by adhering to our software implementation life cycle standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in areas such as business process, technology solution architecture, or software user training.
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent professional qualification is required.
  • Technical Skills:
  • General knowledge of software programming and deployment practices.
  • Expertise in Esko products and services.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.

  • Collaborative: An enthusiastic team player who can build strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
