Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure quality standards and premises service delivery by beneficiary feedback and complaints redressal.

2. Address all minor repairs and maintenance work as scheduled.

3. Ensure Pest Control is done as per the scheduled plan.

4. Maintain regular cleanliness and maintenance of the center premises.

5. Ensure that all requirements are updated and communicated to the center coordinators.

6. Facilitate training and supervision of center coordinators to ensure smooth service delivery.

7. Ensure daily updates by center coordinators.

Beneficiary Management:

1. Organize and facilitate parents meetings (fortnightly) to ensure beneficiary engagement.

2. Manage beneficiary feedback and complaints redressal in a timely and effective manner.

3. Maintain discipline among residents and showcase their talents to ensure their overall wellbeing.

4. Ensure occupancy and health status updates are communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

5. Ensure that all requirements are updated and communicated to the center coordinators.

6. Facilitate initial interaction with the donors and assess their capacity and intent to donate.

7. Refer or escalate donors as necessary to ensure smooth service delivery.

8. Maintain a database of donors and their interactions with the organization.

9. Facilitate maximum unit sponsorship and MealMates at the assigned centers.

10. Manage Visitor Management and Event Coordination to ensure smooth service delivery.

Visitor Management and Event Coordination:

1. Conduct a walk-through of the center with visitors, including escorted tours.

2. Provide introduction and orientation to the visitors.

3. Coordinate with center coordinators and operational staff regarding upcoming events and visitors.

4. Coordinate and assist in scheduling for visitors to the centers.

5. Maintain a database of visitors and their interactions with the organization.

Case Study Collection:

1. Collect data and pictures of each family from the center coordinator.

2. Prepare case studies at the time of admission, monthly updates, and discharge reports.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiary information.

4. Ensure that all case studies are reviewed and approved by the relevant stakeholders.

5. Facilitate the preparation of reports to stakeholders, including daily, incident, parents meeting, and monthly reports.

6. Ensure that all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.

Reports and Documentation:

1. Prepare and submit daily reports to the relevant stakeholders.

2. Prepare and submit incident reports to the relevant stakeholders.

3. Prepare and submit parents meeting reports (fortnightly) to the relevant stakeholders.

4. Prepare and submit monthly reports to the relevant stakeholders.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiary information.

6. Ensure that all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.

8. Facilitate the preparation of consolidated center reports on a quarterly basis.

9. Ensure that all reports are reviewed and approved by the relevant stakeholders.

10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiary information.
