SAP SF PMGM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP SF PMGM specialist to join our organization in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure PMGM modules including goal plan templates, performance forms, competencies, development plans etc.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process gaps and propose improvements or best practice solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Configure workflows, permissions, MDF objects, business rules, route maps, rating scales, calibrations, 360 review functionality etc.
  • Perform data migration where required; prepare and execute test cases; manage user acceptance testing; ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide post-go-live support: hypercare, defect resolution, enhancements, managing change requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation including configuration workbooks, functional specs, test plans, user guides / training materials.
  • Train end users, teams, and super-users on PMGM functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvements: suggest process enhancements, optimize performance workflows, incorporate new SF features.
  • Ensure data security, role-based access and permissions, and compliance with relevant company policies.
