Software Engineer in Test

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong experience in Java and automation framework development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing and building scalable automation frameworks, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring end-to-end automation coverage for UI, API, and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Automation Frameworks
    • Utilize Java, Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and REST Assured to create robust automation frameworks.
  • Build Scalable Test Automation Libraries and Utilities
  • Automate Testing for Web, API, and Backend Services
  • Collaborate with Developers, DevOps, and QA Teams
    • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.
  • Perform Code Reviews, Debugging, and Troubleshooting
  • Ensure Test Coverage and Maintain Test Documentation
  • Provide Automation Strategy Input and Drive Best Practices
  • Mentor Junior QA Engineers on Automation and Coding Practices
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong Java Programming Experience
  • Expertise in Automation Framework Design and Development
  • Hands-on Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle
  • API Automation Experience using REST Assured, Postman, Swagger
  • Strong Knowledge of SQL and Database Validation
  • Experience with CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Solid Understanding of Agile Methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
Good to Have:
  • Experience in Performance Testing Tools (JMeter, Gatling)
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Hands-on Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for Test Environments
  • Exposure to BDD Frameworks (Cucumber)
