Job Description

We seek a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer who can expand their skills into eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to create engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.
  • Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.
  • Learn and contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.
  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
