Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Wealth Management Executive with a strong background in the financial industry to lead our wealth management team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert investment advice to clients and managing their investment portfolios to help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance.
  • Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Manage clients' investment portfolios and monitor their performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that they remain aligned with their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and news and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Generate new business by identifying and pursuing new clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as research, compliance, and operations, to ensure that clients receive high-quality and compliant services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Wealth Manager in the financial industry.
  • A proven track record of generating and maintaining a client base and achieving sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex investment issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
