Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Data Entry Specialist. The primary responsibility of this position is to accurately enter and update customer and project data into our systems.
This includes managing form submissions, permit application records, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely customer follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:- Audit and verify customer and project information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized digital records for projects and customer information.
- Support customer communication via email or CRM to keep projects on track.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or admin support.
- Excellent attention to detail with near-zero error tolerance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to international operations in a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Pathway to move into Project Management or Finance Operations.
