Key Growth Analyst Role

  • Our ideal candidate will conduct in-depth analysis using data from AppsFlyer to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and channels.
  • They will calculate and monitor key metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • As a Key Growth Analyst, they will build and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.
  • Collaboration with data engineers is essential to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process AppsFlyer raw data for analytical purposes.
  • Developing complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights is crucial.
  • Creating interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders is also a key responsibility.
  • Designing and executing A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics is another vital aspect of this role.
  • Partnering with client teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning is a collaborative effort required.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance is an ongoing task.
  • Lastly, creating predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance is essential.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • A deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including CLV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
