Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Education Sales Counselor to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves driving sales and delivery targets, managing daily center activities, and ensuring consistent performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and delivery targets through effective counseling of walk-in and telephonic inquiries
  • Manage day-to-day activities at the center, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes
  • Counsel applicants on our courses and products, making calls to follow up on inquiries
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and streamline processes for optimal efficiency
  • Promote consistent customer experience across the center, representing the overall brand experience
  • Coordinate with Faculty members to ensure smooth functioning of classes

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in counseling and handling sales in the education sector, preferably overseas education or a fresher from a Tier 1 college/university

Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills

Work Schedule and Location

6 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays, Whitefield & Bellandur (Bengaluru)
