We specialize in developing and delivering cardiovascular and diabetes therapies to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the cardio-diabetic sector.
- Identify and build relationships with healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, endocrinologists, and internists.
- Present clinical data, safety profiles, and value propositions to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with medical affairs teams to coordinate advisory boards, training sessions, and product launches.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and treatment trends to inform business decisions.
- Manage CRM records, prepare activity reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Essential Skills and QualificationsMust-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- At least 13 years of proven sales experience in the cardio-diabetic pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to build lasting professional relationships with customers.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Experience with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of current treatment guidelines and emerging therapies in cardiology and diabetes.
- A postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing or Pharma Management.
- Certification in diabetes education or cardiovascular risk management.
- Proficiency in local languages of assigned regions.
