Job Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the cardio-diabetic sector.
  • Identify and build relationships with healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, endocrinologists, and internists.
  • Present clinical data, safety profiles, and value propositions to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with medical affairs teams to coordinate advisory boards, training sessions, and product launches.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and treatment trends to inform business decisions.
  • Manage CRM records, prepare activity reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Essential Skills and QualificationsMust-Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • At least 13 years of proven sales experience in the cardio-diabetic pharmaceutical sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to build lasting professional relationships with customers.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
Preferred:
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of current treatment guidelines and emerging therapies in cardiology and diabetes.
  • A postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing or Pharma Management.
  • Certification in diabetes education or cardiovascular risk management.
  • Proficiency in local languages of assigned regions.
