High-Stakes Test Centre Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a High-Stakes Test Centre Operations Coordinator in Agra, India.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of High-Stakes Test Centres (HSTCs), reporting directly to the HSTC Management Team Leader.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will be responsible for coordinating scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements, collaborating with Workforce Management on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast, monitoring the utilization of HSTCs, and recommending adjustments or expansions based on demand.

In addition, the HSTC Operations Coordinator will manage accurate submission of invoices for HSTCs, verify exam volumes, facilitate timely payments, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.

The role also involves handling requests from HSTCs regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to the appropriate internal teams, proactively identifying and communicating quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement, conducting visits to High-Stakes Test Centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, 1-3 years of previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment, excellent attention to detail, excellent command of the English Language (Level C2), advanced computer literacy, clear and effective communication skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments, and a strong focus on compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2). Extra languages desired.
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments.
  • Strong focus on compliance, ensuring all processes and communications adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
