Corporate Communications Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various corporate communication initiatives, including internal communication materials, employee engagement campaigns, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage employees and promote company culture.
  • Create and edit internal communication materials, such as emails, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  • Support events, such as townhalls, leadership connections, and awareness drives.
  • Provide logistical and creative support during internal events.
  • Maintain archives of communication assets, photos, and video content.
  • Monitor and report on social media engagement metrics.
  • Draft and coordinate posts across social media channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Capable to multitask and meet timelines.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic to take up new challenges and tasks.
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding.
