Job Description

We are seeking a professional and articulate individual to join our Investor Relations team in a voice process role.

  • Direct interaction with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and consistent communication regarding company performance, strategy, and market updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders.
  • Provide information about the company's financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information.
  • Escalate critical investor queries to the Investor Relations Manager/Leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1 Year of experience in voice process / customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in voice process/customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
