Procurement Systems Analyst

This exciting role involves managing procurement systems and tools, developing and optimizing procurement workflows to enhance operational performance and compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Procurement Workflows: Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement system improvements to enhance productivity and compliance.
  • Develop Performance Tracking Systems: Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress against goals.
  • Ensure Compliance: Address compliance issues by ensuring adherence to procurement policies and regulations, conducting audits, and developing corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with IT and Other Departments: Implement system improvements, resolve technical issues, and integrate procurement systems with other business applications.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide Training and Support: Train procurement staff and other users on system functionalities, best practices, and process optimization strategies.
  • Seek Automation Opportunities: Leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SAP, process optimization, data visualization, and system management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and integration across various departments.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner, maintaining organization and precision in task execution and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
