Senior Technical Architect Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of our systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical innovation.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with experience in designing and building high-scale, low-latency backend systems. You should also be able to thrive in fast-paced environments, drive execution, and promote best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot
  • Expertise in microservices architecture, system design, and distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
  • Proven ability to architect and scale systems handling millions of users
  • Experience mentoring developers, driving technical decisions, and promoting best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in high-performance, production environments
