About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Chief of Staff. In this critical role, you will work directly with our founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the founder's trusted advisor on strategic and operational projects
  • Develop and execute growth experiments across APAC markets to test adoption pathways
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution and clarity
  • Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-6 years in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles
  • Strong generalist with a bias towards action; able to thrive in ambiguity
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Exposure to fintech/crypto an asset but not mandatory
  • Natural communicator and relationship-builder
