Site Reliability Engineer

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and operational excellence of financial systems.

This role focuses on delivering reliable applications and data services that meet accuracy, compliance, and availability standards supporting business operations.

  • Reliability & Availability: Ensure financial platforms meet defined SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for performance, reliability, and uptime.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Implement automation for deployments, monitoring, scaling, and self-healing capabilities to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
  • Observability & Monitoring: Establish comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging for financial applications and data pipelines.
  • Incident Response: Lead on-call rotations, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements to prevent recurrence of production issues.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and compliance controls in financial systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, preferably supporting mission-critical applications.

Key responsibilities include implementing monitoring, improving incident response, and championing DevOps practices to enable financial systems to operate with consistency and trustworthiness.
