Job Title: Process Associate- Home Loans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and verify data related to customer and APF proposals with checklists provided.
  • Oversee the processing of customer and builder APF proposals.
  • Regularly follow up on clarifications from Branch, sales teams, DSA/connector.
  • Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors.
  • Ensure all necessary legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly.
  • Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking/financial services sector, with at least 3+ years of experience in Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loan & Secured loans (LAP).
  • Specialists in HL/LAP proposal verification end-to-end.
