Senior Chartered Accountant Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chartered Accountant to join our team in India. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering comprehensive accounting, taxation, auditing, financial planning, and compliance services to our domestic Indian clientele.

  • Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting guidelines.
  • Conduct statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to compliance requirements laid down by ICAI and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare, review, and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory compliance documents.
  • Manage audits including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing tax planning and advisory services, ensuring clients comply with relevant taxation regulations.

• Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.

• Offering guidance and support for corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Liaising with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and banking institutions as necessary.

• Maintaining client relationships through regular interactions, providing strategic financial advice and solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI (Mandatory).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
