We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure expert to lead our team in designing, deploying and maintaining Mizuho's cutting-edge IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure design, deployment and maintenance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business
  • Evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Leading infrastructure projects across networking, servers, storage and cloud

You will also serve as the SME for Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, and backup/recovery systems, provide mentorship to infrastructure engineers and support teams, and ensure high availability of core infrastructure services.

Required skills include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, strong problem-solving and analysis skills, and expertise in various technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and automation/scripting.
