Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality software projects.

  • Ensure project plans are executed and delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
  • Lead a team of developers and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional results.
  • Analyze skill gaps and blockers, and take corrective action to resolve them.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Web Development technologies and 4+ years of experience in Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute project plans and deliver quality software.
  • Assess situations and make changes to team, processes, and project execution plan to ensure successful delivery.
  • Set up right expectations with delivery team, product team, and stakeholders.
  • Be aware of project status/progress reports and determine if project is on track.
  • Keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve delivery goals.
  • Good ability to evaluate team members' skills and allocate tasks, roles, and future progression plan.
  • Good handling of critical situations.
  • Able to take actions and make decisions as per situation's demand.
  • Well-versed with at least one software development framework (.NET, JAVA, PHP, Node, Angular, React, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
  • SQL databases.
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
