Project Coordination Role

This is a unique opportunity for an organized and highly motivated individual to take on a key role in project coordination.

About the Job:

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project progress from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on project status regularly.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Serve as a point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Identify potential risks and assist in resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring project success.
  • Monitor project costs and resources under supervision, suggesting process improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track progress and stay organized effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent time management abilities.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software.
