Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Lead by example, mentor and coach other developers to strengthen their skills
  • Foster T-Shaping and capability growth within the development team
  • Have a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions built on the Power Platform

Additional Responsibilities (Pune Lead Role):

  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team
  • Improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process
  • Improve DevOps processes, such as automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and component libraries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12-16 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft stack and Power platform development
  • Graduate from a reputable institute
  • Relevant certifications
