Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers across the territory, ensuring timely order closure and maintaining high CSAT feedback. Key responsibilities include servicing pumps, sales of spares, customer follow-ups, support in increasing spare sales, attending break down calls, providing proactive customer service and training, effective trouble shooting, striving for performance improvements, meticulous follow-ups, proactive inventory management, achieving timely order closure, and collecting market information.


Responsibilities

  • Covering the entire territory responsible for Service & Spare Sales.
  • Service and maintenance of pumps.
  • Support in increasing spare sales for the territory.
  • Promptly attending break down calls.
  • Providing proactive customer service and training.
  • Effective trouble shooting to achieve first time resolution of machine.
  • Striving for performance improvements for machines handled.
  • Meticulous follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
  • Proactively managing PMS and spares inventory.
  • Achieving timely order closure.
  • Promptly reaching out for support for challenging situations.
  • Collecting market and competition information from the territory.
  • Controlling of receivables and collection of statutory documents.
  • Support promotional activities like technical seminars, presentations, exhibitions in the territory.
  • Collaborating and striving for teamwork.
  • Taking necessary learning wherever required in a best possible way.
  • Adhering to organizational values at all times.

Qualification

  • Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
  • Engineers from other streams can be considered if combined with relevant experience.

Experience

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in the Service of Industrial products and sales of spares.
  • Preference will be given to experience in servicing Rotary Equipment.
