Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Structural Modeler to support our structural engineering team. The ideal candidate should have experience in structural drafting using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate structural drawings and 3D models based on engineering markups and design requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure model consistency.
  • Produce shop drawings, detailed sections, and reinforcement detailing as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a structural draftsman, with at least 2 years using BIM/Revit.
  • Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Revit or BIM is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.
