Job Role: Tekla Detailer

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of steel structures, generating accurate shop drawings, ensuring adherence to project specifications and coordinating with project managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create detailed 3D models of steel structures using Tekla Structures software.
  • Generate accurate shop drawings.
  • Review and verify detailed designs.
  • Modify plans as needed to meet project requirements.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Tekla Structures software is essential.
  • Experience in producing detailed 3D models and shop drawings is a must.
  • A strong understanding of structural engineering principles and steel fabrication processes is necessary.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are vital.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential for success.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities are also required.
