Director of Strategic Planning

Craft compelling campaigns for clients by leveraging social media platforms as broadcast channels or narrowcast networks. Develop engaging experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise with a constant approach to testing and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze consumer behavior, competition, culture, and brand to develop unique insights.
  • Create an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches serving as a springboard for the creative team.
  • Prepare and present visual presentations with a sharp point of view and riveting narrative.
  • Translate business objectives into social media objectives enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Define overall strategy in terms of distribution and amplification, including competitive analysis.
  • Develop advertising strategies considering objectives, challenges, and limitations.
  • Participate actively in new business pitches as required.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social, and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen connecting business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills generating data-based insights for the strategy process.
  • Passionate about the fast-evolving social media environment with a strong point of view.
  • Eye for innovation and emerging platforms/partners for brand strategy results.
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly with integrated teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
