About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Designer to join our dynamic team and drive the design vision for our decision intelligence product. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of designers, providing creative direction and mentorship.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions for the decision intelligence product. Your expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies will ensure that the design aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of designers, providing creative direction and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
  • Oversee the entire design process from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design.
  • Ensure the design aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in design.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • An excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Experience with data visualization and designing for complex data-driven applications is a plus.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (estimated based on industry standards and location).
