Artificial Intelligence Product Visionary

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Product Visionary to lead our AI initiatives and drive the development of AI-powered solutions at Tipstat®.

As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful AI products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products ensures alignment with company objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborating with data science teams translates complex ML/AI concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration, is crucial.
  • Defining and tracking key metrics measures product success and AI model performance.
  • Partnering with UX/UI designers creates intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features.
  • Conducting market research identifies opportunities and stays current with AI industry trends.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships communicates product strategy across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensuring responsible AI development considers ethics, bias, and fairness in product decisions.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, development workflows, and implementation challenges.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching AI-powered products or features.
  • Excellence in data-driven decision making and problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with large language models, computer vision, or natural language processing.
  • A background in data science or software engineering.
  • Knowledge of AI development platforms and MLOps practices.
  • Experience with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
  • A track record of publishing thought leadership content on AI product management.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
