Vitelco seeks a skilled Reporting and Data Analytics Specialist to deliver comprehensive, flexible, and value-added solutions to clients.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will analyze data from various sources, prepare reports on campaign and customer lifecycle activities, and conduct in-depth analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers. Key responsibilities include creating reports using reporting tools, building regular dashboards, and publishing performance summaries. The specialist will also measure campaign performance, understand customer segments and behaviors, and provide recommendations to improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reports and critical insight reports related to campaigns and customer lifecycle activities.
  • Conduct analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers using data analytics tools.
  • Produce reports that directly impact the customer lifecycle, such as KPIs and ROI, to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Build regular dashboards and publish performance summaries.

The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably related to the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence. A Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Proficiency in English, SQL, Excel, and big data queries is essential. Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
