Job Title: Lead Data Scientist

As a key member of our AI leadership team, the Lead Data Scientist will lead and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions using the latest in Generative AI, LLMs, Vector Databases, and NLP frameworks.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team of data scientists to develop AI/ML models and algorithms. Collaboration with stakeholders is also essential to understand business objectives and develop data science strategies aligned with those objectives.

Other key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems. Exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and feature engineering are also necessary to prepare datasets for analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA from a top-tier institute preferably in a quantitative subject. Additionally, 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied Machine Learning, AI, and analytics with a proven track record of developing AI/LLM models and algorithms is required.

Strong programming skills in scripting languages like Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark with ML tools & Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, GCP) are essential. Expertise in Python libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, tensor-flow, scrapy, BERT etc. is also desirable. Experience developing software in traditional programming languages (C++, Java, etc..) is also a plus.
