As a seasoned AI/GenAI Engineer, you will be responsible for spearheading the development, deployment, and governance of cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an individual who can drive the implementation of our AI and GenAI strategy, ensuring seamless integration with business units and IT teams.
  • A successful candidate will possess hands-on experience in applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions, as well as a strong understanding of security controls and risk management practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications and industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Execution: Drive the implementation of our AI and GenAI strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Governance Support: Establish and enforce governance frameworks and compliance policies to ensure the secure and responsible use of AI models and data.
  • Solution Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative AI applications, models, and prototypes, leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and AI frameworks.
  • Training and Enablement: Create and deliver training materials for AI/GenAI tools, fostering a knowledge-sharing culture and community of practice.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide operational support and maintenance for deployed AI solutions, ensuring high availability and minimizing downtime.

Our ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in AI, or Data Science are advantageous.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
