Cloud Foundation Engineering Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Foundation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing multi-cloud infrastructure using AWS Outposts and Azure Stack, as well as collaborating with the Cloud Solution Architecture team to define standards and patterns for private cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement multi-cloud infrastructure using AWS Outposts and Azure Stack.
  • Collaborate with the Cloud Solution Architecture team to define standards and patterns for private cloud solutions.
  • Develop and deploy multi-cloud solutions, including infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation scripts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to public & private cloud infrastructure, including performance optimization and security.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for private cloud infrastructure, including architecture diagrams and technical guides.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in public (Azure&AWS) & private cloud engineering.
  • Strong understanding of private cloud infrastructure, including architecture, security, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including migration and deployment of workloads.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Experience with ITIL framework and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g. Ansible).
  • Knowledge of networking and storage technologies (e.g. Cisco, NetApp).
  • Experience with cloud security and compliance (e.g. AWS IAM, Azure Security Center).
  • Certification in AWS or Azure (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect).
